Between 9:38 and 9:52 we experienced an issue affecting Production API and Dashboard caused by a hardware failure. Requests made to some endpoints during that time returned 500 and 504 HTTP errors.
The issue has now been resolved and we're continuing to monitor the platform.
We are investigating the root cause and the improvements we can make to our systems to prevent such failure from happening in the future.
